Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling your appointment

You may reschedule your appointment via our website up to 24 hours before your original appointment time. Simply log into your BodyComp, Inc.  account, cancel your current appointment, and make another one. Your account will automatically allow you to re-book another appointment with a prepaid scan or test credit, and you will not be charged again.

Appointment cancellation and refunds

Mobile Operations

Mobile operations are defined as our mobile DEXA body composition unit(s) and any appointments that have been booked at one of the mobile event locations.

Up to 24 hours before your appointment – All mobile operation purchases are final. You may cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment via our website by logging into your account. When you opt to reschedule in your BodyComp account, you will have the option to book a new appointment or transfer your purchase into a ‘test credit’ that can then be applied or redeemed to secure a new appointment on an alternate date and mobile location. If you would like to book an appointment at one of our storefront location(s) versus a mobile location, please contact us at [email protected]

Less than 24 hours before your appointment – If it is less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time you must contact us via email at [email protected] and we will need to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

No show appointments – If you no show to your appointment you will lose your test credits and will not be able to schedule a new appointment without placing a new order and payment. Your order is not refundable at this time.

Storefront Operations & Gift Cards

Storefront operations are defined as the services we offer from our stationary, storefront locations other than mobile dexa locations and any appointments that have been booked at one of the storefront location(s). Gift Cards (eGift Cards) are treated the same as test credits and appointments booked.

Up to 24 hours before your appointment – You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online via our website by logging into your BodyComp account. When you opt to reschedule in your BodyComp account, you will have the option to book a new appointment or transfer your purchase into a ‘test credit’ that can then be applied or redeemed to secure a new appointment on an alternate date and location. To request a refund, please e-mail [email protected]

Less than 24 hours before your appointment – If it is less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time you must contact us via email at [email protected] and we will need to assist you in rescheduling your appointment. If less than 24 hours, your credit or test credit is no longer refundable, but we can help you book a new appointment for a new date and time.
